Bag Policy
We are currently allowing only Small Handbags (6″ x 9″ or smaller) or Clear Bags into the venue. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Please note there is no bag or coat check available. Brick & Mortar Music Hall is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
Tickets
All tickets are available for purchase online through our website here at brickandmortarmusic.com. We do not have a Box Office onsite. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance as shows may sell out. If a show has not sold out in advance, tickets will be available for purchase at the door on a first come first serve basis.
Parking
There is no parking available onsite. Street parking in the surrounding area can be limited during peak hours so it is recommended to arrive early or utilize public transportation, taxi or rideshare services. There is limited parking available at Zenanli Parking, a public lot located at 344 14th Street (about 5 minutes from the venue). Please check with them directly regarding hours and availability.
Age Restrictions
The age requirements vary from show to show, with some shows having age restrictions of 21+, 18+ or All Ages. Any age restrictions will be listed on the event detail page when you click the Buy Tickets link. Please check the event info for individual events and be sure to bring acceptable forms of identification with you to the venue. Note that All Ages means 6 years old and up! Everyone entering the venue is required to have their own ticket. We recommend ear protection for all children.
Payments Accepted
Cash and Venmo are accepted for ticket sales at entry. For beverage purchases inside at our bar, we accept Cash, Amex, Visa, Mastercard and ApplePay.
Camera Policy
Photography is allowed inside the venue with restrictions. Only handheld cameras are allowed, no attachments or additional equipment are permitted. No flash photography is allowed, and No stage or backstage access will be granted.
