Emma was born in New York City in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, where she was always surrounded by music. Her mother, Ruth Gerson, is also an accomplished singer-songwriter, and Em spent most of her child years watching her mother perform across NYC. Soon after moving to California, Emma began writing her first developed songs at age 9. Her first song, “Mean Girls” is an anti-bullying song that has amassed nearly 20k views on YouTube. Since then, Emma’s voice has only grown. She currently has two singles out on all streaming platforms, with more on the way. She is also a student at UC Berkeley, as well as a political activist, advocating for youth voting rights, women’s education, and social justice. Emma is an artist with a purpose, with the intention of bringing joy and cultivating cultural change.
SEYI ADÉ is an upcoming singer-songwriter-producer and simultaneous UCB student with an eclectic sound and writing style. SEYI began her writing journey at age 11 as she began to grow more involved in her school choir. She was introduced to piano by her father, a Nigerian musician that instilled music in their family as long as she could remember, and taught herself how to compose from those brief but influential lessons. Her music includes elements of jazz, alt rock, reggae, Afro-beat, and R&B. Her main musical inspirations include Michael Jackson, Emeli Sande, Sade, Jazmine Sullivan, Lauryn Hill, James Arthur, and Burna Boy. SEYI has been working on an EP and album and is expecting to release singles “Moments” and “Loverboy” before January. Additionally, she has taken a hand at writing for other artists, most recently the song “Personal” by Tayo J that she co-wrote, streaming now on all platforms. She and Tayo have a live version on Youtube that includes a special feature of upcoming collab “Moments”. The two performed these songs for UC Berkeley’s NSA Culture Show in April 2021. SEYI wants her music to connect with and bring people together regardless of genre and background. She believes music is meant to highlight the emotions and experiences we simply cannot express in any other medium. SEYI hopes to be a trailblazer in the industry and for black musicians to gain the recognition they deserve in spaces that typically limit/box them into specific genres.

Natalie is a singer/ songwriter from the Bay Area who uses her sultry tones in unison with her penmanship to create music that touches on a variety of relatable life experiences such as love, loss, heartbreak, and personal growth.

She is currently serving as the GRAMMY U Representative for the San Francisco chapter of the Recording Academy/GRAMMYs.
