Centered around the work of songwriter Alex Brown Church, the project has unfolded across multiple acclaimed albums and years of extensive touring, its songs balancing literary detail with an instinct for memorable hooks and quietly sweeping emotion. This June, Church will perform two rare solo shows under the banner Sea Wolf (solo), revisiting songs from the beloved 2012 album Old World Romance alongside selections from across the catalog. Stripped back to voice and guitar, the performances promise a closer look at the craft beneath the recordings — songs that remain warm, searching, and strangely transportive.
