Created by Moms Feelin’ Themselves (MFT), The Mom Dance Party fuses music, movement, and community to support moms’ mental and emotional well-being. It’s a joyful, judgment-free space to reconnect with yourself and dance alongside other women who truly get it.
Bay Area moms carry so much —careers, caregiving, activism, creative passions. We created this night for moms to shake off the pressure and the mental load, feel alive in your body, and get reinvigorated for another day of momming hard. ,
